Jeff Cyriaks
SVP/Commercial
Jeff brings over 40 years of banking experience across a variety of roles including commercial lending and residential/commercial construction lending. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as ABA Commercial Lending credentials. Jeff takes pride in guiding and uplifting team members by sharing the knowledge he has gained from his years of service in banking.
Amanda Piering
CFO
With over a decade of financial industry experience and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Amanda is an accomplished leader adept at financial analysis. Her leadership experience includes serving as the interim CEO/President in 2020. Amanda uses her strong financial and management skills to balance growth with maintaining community connection, ensuring the needs of every member are met.

Anthony is an innovative leader focused on redefining the possibilities. He brings more than 30 years’ experience and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems. Anthony takes pride in inspiring a team of highly skilled experts that are committed to using technology to enhance the human experience. His driving objective is to Make It Easy, Make It Valuable, and Make Our Team Members Experts.
Nicole Velarde
SVP/Member Experience
Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and skill she acquired through her 15 years of banking and credit union experience. She is passionate about helping Team Members explore their potential. She understands the value of expanding their knowledge and empowering them to make informed decisions driven by the organization’s core values. She is people focused and committed to creating an inclusive culture focused on building relationships.

She is an innovative-thinker that brings more than 20 years experience leading teams in marketing and retail banking. She is organized, resourceful, and future-focused. Katie is an integral part of the organizations ever evolving culture. Her passion is bringing creative, data driven marketing campaigns that meet the organization’s strategic objectives.
